For 15 years the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship has been the measuring stick for who is the number one professional wrestler in this part of the country. At no point in CWF’s history has there been more competition for that number one spot. With that in mind, current champion Brad Attitude has insisted on defending at our anniversary super card against the top 5 challengers at one time in one elimination match until one champion survives. We’ll announce the 5 challengers selected tomorrow morning on CWF247.com but in the mean time, here’s a lot at 10 potential challengers for the richest prize in the land on the biggest event of the year.

TREVOR LEE In a career year where Trevor traveled all across the globe, capturing the PWG and TNA World Tag-Team Titles while holding the Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Titles, his inclusion in this huge high stakes match would cap off a truly amazing year.

KAMAKAZI KID The former 2-time Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion has been in a state of flux since being forced to join the All Stars but if he were to be included in this match and be the sole survivor at the end, it could prove to be his ticket out from under the Coach’s thumb.

XSIRIS The most decorated champion in CWF history has held every major championship at least once, but it’s been a tumultuous year for X as he has attempted to re-ignite his career and re-affirm his spot on the full time roster. He’s one of the best wrestlers in the world and adding the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship to his already impressive resume would only increase his reputation.
