TREVOR AND DREW GIVE US A CLASSIC UNTIL BRAD ATTITUDE STEALS THE SPOTLIGHT – RESULTS FROM ABSOLUTE JUSTICE
1. Coach Gemini’s newest “International All Star” MACE MAEDA defeated RGL Champion JESSE ADLER to win the Everything to Lose Fatal Four Way bout and the championship. Adler risked the RGL Championship, MAEDA risked deportation, NUMBER MAN risked his mask and INNOCENT ISAIAH risked the future of his tag-team with BEAU CROCKETT in the annual stipulation bout.
2. Pro Wrestling International Heavyweight Champion RIC CONVERSE defeated ”WHITE” MIKE JORDAN to win the “White Mike versus the World” open challenge bout that originally saw DONNIE DOLLARS, LABRON KOZONE, JAMES RYAN, SIS and HIM answer the challenge before Converse ultimately revealed himself as the final entrant.
When asked about a possible return match soon against recent challenger C.W. ANDERSON, Converse gave no comment on the matter and left the ring.
3. MECHA MERCENARY and AARON BIGGS defeated Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Champions “ACE” ARIK ROYAL and “ASSASSIN” RAY KANDRACK when Biggs pinned Royal to win the championship. Kandrack showed the new champions respect about the bout, despite Royal storming off in a huff.
4. ARIC ANDREWS pinned Worldwide Television Champion SMITH GARRETT to win the championship in a triple threat match that also included CHET STERLING. Late in the bout, Andrews’ long time partner LEE VALIANT made an unwelcome appearance attacking Sterling and ultimately removing him from the bout.
5. NICK RICHARDS defeated KAMAKAZI KID with COACH GEMINI in an Anything Goes Last Man Standing match that included chairs, trash cans, tables, whips and a barbed wire board being used as weapons. Kazi was ultimately driven through the barbed wire board and became entangled in the wire in a gruesome scene that kept him from being able to answer the referee’s ten count.
6. SNOOTY FOXX defeated Moneyball leader ETHAN ALEXANDER SHARPE by pinfall in singles action.
7. Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion TREVOR LEE defeated ANDREW EVERETT by submission in 39:45 to retain the championship. This was one of the most spectacular matches we’ve ever seen in the 15+ year history of CWF Mid-Atlantic and will have the entire episode of CWF Worldwide devoted to it on Wednesday July 6th.
After the bout, former Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion BRAD ATTITUDE made a surprise appearance, toasting both champion and challenger for their incredible performance and overall contributions to CWF but then things took a violent turn and Attitude attacked both men, smashing a beer bottle in Trevor’s face before security and staff rushed to his aid.
CWF Mid-Atlantic returns to action on Saturday July 9 at the Mid-Atlantic Sportatorium for “Opportunity Knocks 2016″ which will feature all 8 first round matches of the 2016 Johnny Weaver Memorial Cup Tournament.
