ARIK ROYAL FACES ANDREW EVERETT ON FRI DEC 30

It’s an intensely personal battle between former tag-team partners on our biggest night of the year. It’s a grudge match. It’s a match about proving a point.

Arik Royal is the longest reigning Mid-Atlantic Champion of all time. He’s the only rookie to ever win the 30 Man CWF Rumble. He’s a former Television and Tag-Team Champion, including 1 reign with his Battlecade opponent as his partner. He has proven himself to be CWF’s “ACE” — our go to most valuable player.

But a funny thing happened to him in 2016. As Trevor Lee, Andrew Everett and Cedric Alexander made headlines on the national and international stage, competing on some of wrestling’s biggest pay-per-views and most prestigious tournaments, Royal felt left behind.

Eaten up with jealousy, he viciously attacked Everett’s protege Jesse Adler in July and severely injured Adler’s knee, to the point that he may never return to the squared circle. He then went on to attack Trevor Lee and basically appoint himself as Trevor’s Rumble challenger for the Mid-Atlantic Championship. After losing a nail biter to Lee, Royal turned his attention to his former tag-team partner at November’s Ultimate Survivor.

Now the winner of the 2016 CWF Rumble and former Ultra J Champion is ready for battle and promises to unload his entire aerial arsenal against the Ace on our biggest night of the year!

Fans are absolutely encouraged to get their tickets early to avoid a sell out and make your plans NOW to join us on Friday December 30 for Battlecade!
