CWF WORLDWIDE *SPOILERS* AND RESULTS FROM NEW YEAR’S KNOCKOUT 2016
1.) Rising Generation League Champion JESSE ADLER & the returning ANDREW EVERETT def. ETHAN ALEXANDER SHARPE & self-proclaimed 2015 CWF Rookie of the Year PRAKASH SABAR
2.) MICHAEL MCALLISTER & “SIS” def. DIRTY DADDY & DELILAH BLUE and were confronted again after the match by the monstrous MECHA MERCENARY.
CWF matchmaker BRAD STUTTS revealed the 2015 IndyInsiders.com Year End Awards including 4 awards won by TREVOR LEE, to whom Stutts promised a future Mid-Atlantic Title shot. This angered COACH GEMINI who stormed the ring and insisted that now that ROY WILKINS has the Mid-Atlantic Championship, the All Stars control the balance of power in CWF and Coach refused to grant Trevor Lee a future title shot.
3.) DONNIE DOLLARS def. the debuting SLADE PORTER with ASPYN ROSE
4.) Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Champions ARIK ROYAL & RAY KANDRACK successfully defended their titles against both C.B. SUAVE & INNOCENT ISAIAH who answered the champs’ open challenge.
5.) Worldwide Television Champion SMITH GARRETT & CHET STERLING def. CEDRIC ALEXANDER & MASON MADDOX in a bout that saw both Garrett and Alexander pick their own partners.
6.) ZANE DAWSON, DAVE DAWSON and ARIC ANDREWS def. EVAN BANKS, AARON BIGGS and NICK RICHARDS in a wild six man tag-team bout
7.) Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion ROY WILKINS with Coach Gemini and Isaiah Chapman def. LANCE LUDE to retain the title. Prior to the bout, Coach informed Lance that by request of KAMAKAZI KID, he would offer Lude the same financial deal that Kazi got at Battlecade XVI for Lude to denounce the fans, forfeit the match and join the All Stars. Lude declined and after a great 21-minute bout was brutally attacked by both Wilkins and Kazi who cut off Lude’s trademark beard.
At the conclusion of the night, it was announced that Coach Gemini will be in charge of our next event on Saturday January 30 with Wilkins defending the title against Chet Sterling, Adler defending the RGL Title against Chappy and Kamakazi Kid in action for the first time since Battlecade XVI against NICK RICHARDS.
